You can hear everything from the elevator dinging (and I'm far away from it on my hall), to people floors above talking. Management, from my experience, hasn't been very effective in addressing this and more or less has proposed illogical resolutions to rearranging my furniture rather than choosing to address the concern from a community standpoint.
